Refund & Exchange

At FOLDD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Period

Customers can request a return or exchange within 17 days of receiving their order.

Eligible Returns

A return or refund will only be accepted if the issue is caused from FOLDD’s side, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product quality issue
  • Incorrect size, design, or item sent by mistake

Once the issue is verified by our team, the order will be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Color Exchange

If a customer wants to change the color of the ordered product, an exchange request can be made within 17 days, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Cases

If there is no issue from FOLDD’s side and the problem is due to the customer’s mistake, the order will not be eligible for return or refund.

This includes:

  • Ordering the wrong product by mistake
  • Changing mind after delivery
  • Damage caused after use by the customer
  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
